1. Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern all orders, deliveries and other services between Alpha A LLC, a company registered in Delaware, USA, trading as "The Classic Edition" ("The Classic Edition", "we", "us"), and customers ("you") through our online store at https://shop.theclassicedition.org (the "Website"). Differing or supplementary terms of the customer do not apply unless we expressly agree in writing. The version of these Terms valid at the time of your order applies. Mandatory consumer-protection laws of your state or country of residence remain unaffected.

This Website is the only official online store of The Classic Edition. Our official contact: support@theclassicedition.org. We are not affiliated with other websites, sellers or social media profiles using a similar name.

2. Offers and conclusion of contract

Products, specifications, colors and prices shown on the Website are a non-binding invitation to order. By clicking the checkout or buy button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the items in your cart. We confirm receipt of your order by automated email; this is not yet an acceptance. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email or ship the goods. We may decline orders for objective reasons (for example, pricing errors or suspected fraud).

3. Account and communication

You can order with or without a customer account. If you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep your login details confidential. Order and shipping information is sent by email, so please make sure the email address you provide is correct and not blocked by spam filters.

4. Prices, taxes and shipping costs

The prices shown at the time of your order apply. Prices do not include sales tax; any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Shipping is free on orders of $40 or more; for orders under $40, standard shipping is calculated at checkout. Details are in our Shipping Policy.

5. Payment

Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment is due immediately when you place your order and is charged according to the terms of the payment method you choose. We may withhold shipment until payment has been received in full.

6. Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 6–10 business days in the United States and 10–15 business days for other regions. We may ship items in one order separately at no extra cost. Events beyond our control (for example, natural events, strikes, carrier or customs delays) may extend delivery times.

7. Risk of loss and tracking

The risk of accidental loss passes to you when the goods are delivered. Tracking information showing "Delivered" is an indication that delivery has taken place. Please report missing shipments promptly, ideally within 7 days, so we can open an investigation with the carrier. If you added Shipping Protection, lost, stolen or damaged packages are reshipped or refunded as described in our Return & Refund Policy. If delivery fails because of an incomplete or incorrect address, reshipping costs are your responsibility.

8. Retention of title

Goods remain our property until paid in full.

9. Cancellations, returns and refunds

You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it ships, and request a return within 90 days of receiving your order, under the conditions set out in our Return & Refund Policy. To start, email support@theclassicedition.org with your order number.

10. Defective or wrong items

If an item arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us with photos of the issue and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

11. Promotions, discount codes and free gifts

Discount codes and promotions can only be used under the conditions stated. Free gifts are offered while supplies last, have no cash value and are not refundable. Digital gifts are delivered by email.

12. Reviews and customer content

If you submit reviews, photos or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, unlimited right to use that content for marketing purposes, and you confirm that you hold the rights to it.

We process personal data to fulfill your order and communicate with you. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

14. Intellectual property

All content on this Website (photos, texts, designs, logos) belongs to Alpha A LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright. Unauthorized use, reproduction or scraping is prohibited.

15. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as expressly stated in these Terms and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website and all products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain implied warranties, so some exclusions may not apply to you.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Classic Edition and Alpha A LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability arising from your purchase or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Classic Edition, Alpha A LLC and their officers, employees and agents from any claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Website, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

18. Acceptable use

You may not use the Website for any unlawful purpose, including infringing intellectual-property rights, transmitting malware, submitting false information, or scraping or collecting content or data without our prior written permission. We may suspend access for any violation.

19. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to your purchase are governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your state of residence remain unaffected.

20. Binding arbitration and class-action waiver

Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.

(a) Informal resolution: before starting arbitration, you agree to contact us at support@theclassicedition.org and give us 30 days to resolve the dispute informally.
(b) Binding arbitration: any dispute not resolved informally will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court.
(c) Class-action waiver: you and we may bring claims against each other only individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative proceeding.
(d) Jury-trial waiver: you and we waive any right to a jury trial.
(e) 30-day opt-out: you may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing us within 30 days of your first purchase with your name, order number and intent to opt out.
(f) Exceptions: either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court, or seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual-property infringement.

21. Changes and severability

We may update these Terms from time to time. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
